Adventure in everyday life. I've come to appreciate that adventures don't need to take place in some far-flung destination, though I've had plenty of those as well.

As an adventure seeker, I've been very fortunate with lots of travel from an early age. I was born in Hong Kong and grew up speaking Chinese and English, then sent to a boarding school in England -- Yep, Harry Potter without the magic...and no girls! I went to do a business degree in the U.S., then went to Japan and got a diploma in economics, and learned to speak Japanese as too. Didn't I mention I was Portuguese? Oh yeah, there's that also.

Work and play has taken me all over the world and I've been lucky to have been involved in some pretty exciting projects -- building factories in China, starting companies all over Asia, managing huge sales teams...and of course there's my passion, writing. I'm excited to be able to share some of my interests and ideas through this forum.
